Privacy Policy

Effective July 29, 2026

Amandil runs a deliberately small data footprint: no cookies, no advertising trackers, and data products built from public sources rather than anyone's private data. This page describes, in plain English, everything this website and our products do with data.

01Who we are

Amandil Health, LLC ("Amandil," "we," "us") is a United States company that builds the Operational Context Graph — industry reference infrastructure for vertical AI agents. We operate this website at amandil.ai. For anything in this policy, contact privacy@amandil.ai.

02What we collect

This site collects information in exactly four ways:

• Contact forms. If you submit a form on this site, we receive what you type: your name, work email, organization, role, and message. Submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to our email. We use them only to respond to you.
• Anonymous analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It is cookieless, sets no identifiers, and does not track you across sites. We see aggregate numbers, not individual visitors.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard infrastructure logs (IP address, user agent, request time) for security and operations, as virtually every website host does.
• Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends a standard web request — including your IP address — to Google's servers to fetch the font files.

03What we don't do

• We set no cookies — which is why there is no cookie banner.
• We use no advertising or tracking pixels and no third-party ad tech.
• We do not sell or share personal information, for advertising or anything else.
• We do no profiling and make no automated decisions about you.

04How we use information

Three purposes only: responding to inquiries you send us, understanding aggregate site usage (which pages get read), and keeping the site secure.

05Service providers

The third parties that touch site data, each acting as a processor under its own privacy policy: Formspree (contact-form processing), Vercel (hosting and cookieless analytics), and Google (font delivery, and Google Workspace for our email). We share only what each needs to do its job.

06Our data products

The Operational Context Graph is a reference architecture of how an industry operates — its processes, standards, regulations, roles, and metrics — built from public and industry sources such as CMS and HFMA benchmark data. It contains no personal data, and we do not ingest customers' private data to build or operate it. Organizations that use our products benchmark against public data, or supply their own data within their own environment — it is never required to flow to us.

07Security, retention & backup

All traffic to this site and to our MCP service is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS, with HSTS). The small amount of data we hold lives on our service providers' infrastructure — Google Workspace, Formspree, and Vercel — which encrypt stored data at rest and maintain their own backup practices; we operate no servers or databases of our own for this site. Because the Operational Context Graph serves public reference data and holds no customer datasets, there is no customer data store to isolate or back up — each organization's access is simply scoped to its own grant.

Inquiry emails are kept as ordinary business correspondence for as long as they are relevant. Analytics data is aggregate and anonymous from the moment of collection. Hosting logs are retained per Vercel's standard operational windows.

08Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act to access, correct, or delete personal information — for this site, that is essentially your contact-form submissions. Email privacy@amandil.ai and we will honor the request within 30 days. You will never be treated differently for exercising these rights.

09Children

This site is a business-to-business site not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, email us and we will delete it.

10Changes to this policy

If our practices change, we will update this page and revise the effective date at the top. Because this site's data footprint is intentionally small, we expect changes to be rare.
