Terms of Service
Effective July 12, 2026
These terms govern your use of this website and of the Amandil Operational Context Graph service, including access through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). They are written to be read, not skimmed past — the short version: use the service honestly, don't redistribute the graph wholesale, and understand that reference data is informational, not professional advice.
01Acceptance of these terms
By using amandil.ai or the Amandil MCP service (together, the "Service"), you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if you are acting for an organization, that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Amandil Health, LLC ("Amandil," "we," "us") provides the Service. If you have a separate signed agreement with Amandil (such as a design-partner or subscription agreement), that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms. Likewise, use of the Amandil Platform is additionally governed by the Platform Terms of Service presented and accepted electronically at sign-in — for Platform use, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.
02The Service
Amandil provides the Operational Context Graph — a reference architecture of how an industry operates: its processes, roles, standards, regulations, metrics, and benchmarks, built from public and industry sources such as CMS and HFMA data. AI agents and applications query the graph, primarily through MCP, to ground their answers in how the industry actually works.
The Service is informational. Graph content — including regulatory summaries, benchmarks, and process descriptions — is reference material, not medical, legal, billing, coding, or compliance advice. Decisions that carry clinical, legal, or financial consequences should be verified against primary sources and reviewed by qualified professionals.
03Accounts & access
- Access to the MCP service is granted under a specific agreement, trial, or marketplace listing. Your access is limited to the scope of that grant.
- Credentials (API keys, tokens, account logins) are for your organization's use only — do not share them outside the organization they were issued to.
- You are responsible for activity under your credentials. Tell us promptly at security@amandil.ai if you believe they have been compromised.
- We may suspend or revoke access that violates these terms or threatens the integrity or availability of the Service.
04Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape or bulk-export graph content, or redistribute or resell substantial portions of it as a standalone dataset or competing service. Querying the graph to ground your agents and applications is the intended use; cloning it is not.
- Reverse engineer the Service or attempt to extract its underlying structure, curation, or non-public components except where law expressly permits.
- Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or other technical controls, or probe or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or represent Amandil as the source of decisions or advice we did not provide.
05Intellectual property
The graph's structure, curation, organization, and enrichment — and this website's content and design — are the property of Amandil Health, LLC and are protected by intellectual-property law. "Operational Context Graph" is an Amandil trademark. We claim no ownership of the underlying public data sources: CMS data, HFMA benchmarks, published regulations, and standards remain public and attributable to their originators. What we own is the reference architecture built on top of them — the selection, connection, and maintenance that makes the graph useful.
You retain all rights to your own applications, agents, and data. We do not ingest your private data to build or operate the graph.
06No warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We work to keep the graph current and accurate, but we do not warrant that graph content — much of which is derived from public sources that change — is complete, current, or error-free, or that the Service will be uninterrupted.
07Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amandil will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from or related to the Service — regardless of the theory of liability and even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid Amandil for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
08Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access as described in section 03, or discontinue the Service or features of it with reasonable notice where practicable. Sections 05–07 and 10 survive termination.
09Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update this page and revise the effective date at the top. Material changes to the MCP service terms will also be communicated to active customers. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and the parties consent to their jurisdiction.
